Demetria Gilliam is the Intake Supervisor and Community Engagement Coordinator at Morris & Dewett Injury Lawyers, where she leads intake operations, drives process improvements, and supports the firm's community engagement initiatives. Known for building strong relationships and developing efficient systems, she is passionate about creating meaningful connections that strengthen both organizations and the communities they serve.

As Government Relations and Community Relations Chair for AAF Shreveport-Bossier, Demetria works to build partnerships between the advertising community, government, nonprofits, and local businesses to advance initiatives that promote civic engagement and community impact.
